Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Server at Ivy Park at Escondido to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and visitors. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and help set up and clear dining areas while following safety standards.

The role emphasizes compassionate service to seniors, with on-site dining operations and teamwork across departments. Training is provided, and compliance with health and safety guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must possess written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests (physical and TB).
• Vaccination or daily screening may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.

• Set up and break down bus tables as needed.
