Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server for the 11:30am–7:30pm shift in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role serves residents with warmth and maintains a welcoming dining room while supporting meal service and clean-up.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, fluent in English, energetic, able to stand all day, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist residents as needed. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• At least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English at least to 8th grade.
• Energetic, positive attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds when assisting residents.

Aufgaben

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables and assist with meal service and dining room setup.
• Buss, clear tables, and help keep the community tidy.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness staff.
