Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server to greet residents, assist in dining, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Friday and Saturday shifts 11:30am–7:30pm, Barrymore location at 8400 N Marston Ave, Kansas City, MO 64154.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to residents’ needs. Ideal candidates are 16+, English proficient, energetic, and able to lift up to 50 pounds while assisting residents during meals.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• To be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• To be a Peppy Prepper: prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• To be a Titan of Tidiness: bussing tables, sweeping floors, keeping the dining area presentable.
• Be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes or appetite concerns are observed.
