Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Server in Lee's Summit, MO. The role requires a friendly, energetic team player who can welcome residents, support dining service, and maintain a clean dining area.

The position is full-time and pays $15–$22 per hour with a 11:30am–7:30pm shift schedule on Tuesday to Saturday. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Assist with meal service prep and table setup, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
• Bus tables, sweep floors, and maintain a tidy dining area to support a welcoming community.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff regarding residents’ dietary changes or meal participation.
