Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, seat guests, and support dining service operations. You will be on your feet most of the shift, delivering meals and helping maintain a warm, welcoming dining room.

The role requires a positive attitude, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shifts include Monday and Sunday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with meal service, seating, and guest coordination.
• Buss and clear tables, maintain clean and orderly dining areas.
• Communicate with team and Wellness staff as needed.
