Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English at least 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area.
• Serve meals with a positive, resident-centric approach.
• Maintain a clean, orderly dining room and assist with setup.
• Support residents during meals and monitor for changes in appetite.
