Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to support a vibrant senior living community. The role is full-time, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a pay range of $19–$23.25 per hour. Location: Lee's Summit, MO. Tuesday to Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in conducting group activities and senior housing.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Leadership and supervision skills, plus time management.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Health screening and TB test requirements.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop most of the day.
• Valid state chauffeur license.
