The Princeton Senior Living is seeking a friendly part-time Server in Lee's Summit, MO. The role requires greeting residents, assisting with dining service, and helping maintain a welcoming dining environment. Flexible part-time schedule includes Fridays and Saturdays, with shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

You will need to be at least 16, capable of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English literacy at least 8th grade level with Residents (reading/writing).
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Assist with meal service setup and cleanup.
• Support residents with sitting, standing, and walking as needed.
• Observe changes in appetite and report to supervisors when needed.
