The Lodge at Truitt Homestead in Delaware is seeking servers dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and help ensure guests are satisfied in a friendly, independent work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Take meal and drink orders.
• Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals.
• Explain daily specials and menu items.
• Clean and set up the dining room.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
