Job summary

Vantage Point Retirement Living, Inc. is seeking a friendly Server for The Lodge at Truitt Homestead to create memorable dining experiences for residents and guests. You will take orders, serve meals promptly, and help ensure satisfaction with every plate.

Flexible scheduling, no late evenings, and a supportive kitchen team accompany opportunities for part-time and PRN shifts. Prior fine dining and a passion for the senior population are valued, with benefits starting day one of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders.
• Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Explain daily specials and menu items.
• Clean and set up the dining room.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
