The Lodge at Truitt Homestead is seeking servers who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for residents. The role emphasizes a senior-friendly dining environment with flexible scheduling options and no late evenings.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction while following daily cleaning and opening/closing checklists. This position supports a dedicated culinary team within a family-run senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take meal and drink orders.
• Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Explain daily specials and menu items.
• Clean and set up the dining room.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
