Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room cleanup and reset after meals. The role includes beverage service, tray assistance, and adherence to confidentiality policies.

The position requires standing/walking up to three hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Harmony emphasizes great work-life balance and development opportunities.

Competenze

• Must wear a clean, designated uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must learn quickly and apply learned principles.
• Must communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry heavy objects for short distances.

Mansioni

• Assists residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provides beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee, tea).
• Refills salt, pepper, and sugar bowls before and after meals.
• Reports broken equipment or tableware to the supervisor.
• Maintains understanding of sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Assists with tray service as needed.
• Follows confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interacts with residents, guests, co-workers and supervisors politely and professionally.
• Sweeps, mops and vacuums kitchen and dining room as needed.
• Attends required in-services and staff meetings.
