Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a friendly full-time Server to create exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, and help with drink selections, ensuring guest satisfaction at every interaction.

You will use our POS system to relay orders, maintain smooth service, and complete opening/closing duties as directed by the community, contributing to a warm, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Card is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Take and communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties per community guidelines.
