Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Strategist, Senior Living to own search for a portfolio of senior living clients across multi-location sites. You’ll shape technical roadmaps, guide content priorities with writers and AI, and drive ranking storytelling for clients.

You will report on performance in GA4 and Search Console, manage audits and fixes, and collaborate with US-based clients on live calls. Remote-friendly FT role with cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO ownership: crawl, index, site speed, schema, architecture.
• Keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
