Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager, Senior Living to own search strategy for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will define technical roadmaps, set content priorities, and guide ranking narratives in collaboration with writers and AI tools.

You will lead technical SEO, architecture, and site performance while managing keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and local/multi-location SEO. You will report in GA4 and Search Console and drive quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience across several clients at once
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
SEO for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsabilités

Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
