Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO Manager, Senior Living, to own search for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking narrative when clients ask what moved, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will oversee technical SEO, link-building, local SEO, and multi-location strategies, reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and guiding quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO aspects: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Prepare GA4 and Search Console reports, and drive quarterly roadmaps for clients.
