Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Strategist, Senior Living to own search for a book of senior living clients. You shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the narrative of ranking progress when the client asks what moved.

You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization with writers and AI, while coordinating with GA4, Web analytics, and multi-location SEO needs. This is a remote role with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and communicating with US-based clients.
• SEO for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
