Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Manager for senior living clients. You own the technical roadmap, keyword strategy, and content priorities across multi-location sites. You will collaborate with writers and AI to produce drafts and guide clients on search outcomes.

You will report in GA4 and Search Console, manage audits, and set quarterly roadmaps for each client, with a focus on AI-enabled search and local SEO. Strong English and US client experience essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes you executed.
• Fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO ownership: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI in drafts.
• Get clients found in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT/Perplexity) alongside organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO.
• GA4 and Search Console reporting; quarterly roadmaps for each client.
