Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Strategist for Senior Living. You will own the technical roadmap, keyword strategy, and content priorities for a portfolio of senior living clients, coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts.

You will guide the ranking story, engage with US clients on live calls, and deliver quarterly roadmaps and GA4/Search Console reports. Prior experience with multi-location and local SEO is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO, have run audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once; clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI drafts.
• Improve visibility in AI search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, plus traditional results.
• Manage local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Provide client reporting in GA4 and Search Console; plan quarterly roadmaps.
