Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Senior Living you own search for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture, plus keyword strategy, on-page

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
Fluency with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience across multiple clients.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
SEO for senior living or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI.
Improve visibility in AI search and classic organic results.
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO as needed.
Report in GA4 and Search Console; quarterly roadmaps for each client.
