Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager for Senior Living to own search strategies for a portfolio of senior living clients, guiding technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives. You will be the strategic voice in client discussions, making critical calls to drive performance.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-enabled content workflows, and multi-location SEO as needed, reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and shaping quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience in agency settings managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search alongside classic organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO for clients.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and quarterly roadmaps.
