Freedom Village at Brandywine is seeking a Hospitality-focused Scheduler to coordinate and manage Personal Care and Memory Care staffing. The role ensures coverage, processes time-off requests, and maintains accurate timecards for payroll, while supporting nursing management with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with scheduling software (UKG preferred), CPR certification, and strong English communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with scheduling software (UKG preferred).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Excellent communication, time management and observation skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Personal Care and Memory Care staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage call outs and ratios.
• Review time-off requests and communicate accommodations.
• Post employee schedules bi-weekly and update HR as needed.
• Assist nurse management with admin tasks and payroll timecards.
