Coulter Services is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue at our senior living communities by building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

You will conduct tours, present community features and options, guide families through move-in decisions with a consultative approach, and collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a resident-centered experience while tracking leads and outcomes.
