Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Sales Representative to join the sales team. You will conduct tours for prospective residents, engage in community outreach, and guide families through the sales process to find a new home for their loved one.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting occupancy goals, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth resident transition. Some evening/weekend work may be required; prior sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or sales support preferred.
• College degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members.
• Assuring community awareness of the residence through outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations.
• Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule.
• Maintaining occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity.
• Assist with the “Ready for Company” standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program.
