Arrow Senior Living in St Peters, Missouri, invites applications for a Senior Living Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with residents and families, guiding them to suitable senior living options, and driving community occupancy through proactive move-ins and vacancy management.

You will lead tours, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and collaborate with the team to promote from within while supporting residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a 12th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Follow written and verbal directions; apply practical problem-solving.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Good health with physician health screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support residents and families with tough conversations using empathy.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by identifying opportunities for best senior living options.
• Drive occupancy through move-ins, move-outs and vacancy management with input to reduce resident turnover.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
