Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Follow written and verbal directions; strong problem-solving skills.
• Criminal background cleared.
• Good health confirmed by physician health screening within 6–7 days after employment; TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families during tough conversations.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by highlighting opportunities as they select senior living options.
• Drive occupancy by focusing on move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies; assist in brainstorming retention strategies.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
