The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters in Missouri is seeking a Senior Living Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding them through next-step options with empathy and care.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proven ability to follow directions and work collaboratively. Health screenings and background checks are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (12th grade level).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and solve practical problems.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Must be in good health with required health screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations through empathy and understanding.
• Help leads and families solve problems by highlighting opportunities as they choose senior living options.
• Drive occupancy by understanding move-ins/move-outs and managing vacancies with the team.
• Provide hospitable tours and lead community events to create great lead experiences.

Position- Senior Living Coordinator

Position Type: Full Time

Location: St Peters , Missouri
Starting Salary $54,080 to $59,800

Shift Schedule-

Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

We are looking for someone (like you):

• To be a Relationships Reaper : Developing close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
• To be a Decision Driver : Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
• To be an Occupancy Accountant : Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies, as well as assisting Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to save current residents from moving out.
• To be a Hospitable Host : Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12 th grade proficiency.
• You shall possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
