Sagora Senior Living in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy and revenue by executing the community marketing plan, generating leads, and closing deals. You will collaborate with the corporate office and lead outreach efforts to attract residents for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Senior Housing or Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Work with the corporate office to develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.
• Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production.
• Build and maintain partnerships for community outreach and lead generation.
• Complete presentations and tours with prospects and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources in the area.
• Coordinate community advertising with the Home Office marketing team and serve as manager on duty when assigned.
