Sagora Senior Living in New Braunfels (Rio Terra Community) is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director. You will drive occupancy and revenue through targeted outreach, lead generation, and compelling tours for prospective residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Prior success leading sales and marketing initiatives in a senior living or hospitality setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals through strategic outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the community marketing and sales plan to drive occupancy.
• Build and maintain partnerships for outreach and lead generation.
• Coordinate tours and presentations with prospects and family members, then close sales.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, and referral sources in the area.
• Collaborate with Home Office marketing to align local campaigns.
