Cascade Living Group is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for Sierra Del Sol. You will lead occupancy growth, market the community to prospective residents and families, and guide a collaborative sales team to success.

This role requires a hands-on leader who conducts tours, analyzes competition, and builds professional referral networks. Weekend availability is expected and commission incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community professionally.
• 5+ years in Sales and/or Marketing, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to drive occupancy by meeting monthly and quarterly move-in goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Market the community to attract potential residents and families.
• Generate leads and maintain contact with warm leads.
• Manage multiple priorities and coordinate tours on-site.
• Coach the team to conduct effective tours and presentations.
• Establish tour paths and ensure appealing community presentation.
• Develop relationships with social workers, physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Organize targeted events monthly and conduct regular competitor analyses.
• Promote Cascade Living Group’s mission and values.
