Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Irving, TX, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to drive top-line revenue by maintaining occupancy, census, and rate targets. You will lead direct sales, business development, and marketing initiatives to meet quotas.

Responsibilities include maintaining the YARDI database, developing annual marketing plans, understanding competitive rates, and planning resident referral activities and lead generation events with a comprehensive lead database.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of occupancy and business development.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and liability insurance to use a personal vehicle for business development.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
• Maintains an accurate, up-to-date YARDI database.
• Develops annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
