Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Mentor, OH is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales process for an 85-apartment assisted living community. You will engage families and older adults, guiding them from interest to move-in and collaborating with local professionals to generate referral leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office; electronic documentation.

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, and community partners.
