Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple communities with a focus on resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliant operations. You will align community leaders with TerraBella's standards and drive occupancy and NOI across the region.

Based at the corporate office with four days per week onsite at communities, you will oversee Executive Directors and Directors of Resident Care, develop budgets, monitor performance, and foster a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a Senior Living leadership role that includes Sales/Operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities to align with TerraBella’s goals, policies and performance expectations.
• Communicate a resident-focused vision to communities.
• Review resident satisfaction data and deploy programs to improve satisfaction.
• Oversee Executive Directors and ensure achievement of community and regional goals.
• Develop plans to meet NOI targets and maximize occupancy.
• Monitor revenues and expenses; take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the Regional Director of Resident Care to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
