Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to lead community sales operations, convert inquiries into move-ins, and optimize occupancy using multi-channel outreach. You will use local market knowledge and a structured sales process to meet revenue goals, while coordinating with the Executive Director and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/sales background in senior living, strong CRM skills, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or related field.
• Two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.
• Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations to drive move-ins and occupancy targets.
• Lead through the Sales Playbook and close deals with prospective residents.
• Maintain sales tracking reports and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with Executive Director and marketing to achieve lead goals.
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings and report results.
