Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead and direct community operations for resident satisfaction, service delivery, and financial performance. You will guide Executive Directors, ensure NOI targets, and implement occupancy strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

The role requires strong leadership across regions, frequent travel to communities, and collaboration with corporate leadership to sustain TerraBella’s growth and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a senior living leadership role with sales/operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities to meet goals, policies, and budgets.
• Lead executives across communities to drive resident satisfaction and occupancy.
• Review financial statements and implement action plans to improve NOI.
• Oversee Resident Care leadership and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines.
• Spend significant time at multiple communities while coordinating with corporate office.
