Allure Lifestyle Communities in the Kansas City Metro Area seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the full sales journey—from inquiry to move-in—driving occupancy and revenue with strategic, relationship-driven engagement.

You will build partnerships with healthcare professionals and senior-service providers, manage CRM-driven pipelines, and oversee tours, seminars, and events to create outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales journey from inquiry to move-in.
• Meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals through strategic sales execution.
• Conduct engaging community tours and personalized consultations.
• Develop referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior services, financial planners, real estate professionals, and other partners.
• Lead management with CRM for timely follow-up and reporting.
• Plan and host marketing events, seminars, open houses, and referral appreciation events.
