Job summary

Atria Senior Living Florida is seeking a Community Sales Director to lead outside sales and marketing efforts, drive occupancy, and build strategic referral relationships. You will forecast move-ins, train staff, and manage inquiries with a focus on customer service and timely follow-up.

The role requires building partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and local organizations, plus managing a rolling 90-day sales plan and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, basic financial knowledge, strong computer and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend over 50% of time outside of the community generating inquiries to meet targets.
• Generate inquiries and move-ins by developing relationships outside the community.
• Forecast move-ins with Executive Director and train staff in inquiries handling.
• Maintain CRM with inquiries and create proactive follow-ups.
