Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Senior Living Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our communities. You will lead sales strategy, build referral networks, and advance prospects using CRM tools, while coordinating with the Executive Director to meet growth targets.

The role requires proven sales and marketing success, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategy and marketing plans.
• Build and manage referral networks to generate leads.
• Advance prospects from inquiry to commitment using CRM.
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings with the Executive Director.
• Submit regular sales performance reports.
• Meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Leverage pricing and inventory strategies to maximize top-line performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Deliver professional presentations to referral partners.
• Secure and maintain credentialing with healthcare facilities.
• Strengthen community partnerships to grow census.
• Coordinate resident move-in assessments and paperwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth transitions.
• Manage sales budget and expenses.
• Train and coach community teams on sales accountability.
