Qualifications

• Previous work experience in senior living.
• Results and goal driven.
• 5+ years in marketing & sales.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers systems and programs.
• Organization and diligence in creative follow-up prospects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads, guiding prospects through moving into their new home.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to craft strategic marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed occupancy budgets.
• Build trust with residents and families via calls and community tours.
• Identify strategies to increase occupancy and hit targeted occupancy goals.
• Lead events to attract prospective residents to the community.
