Job summary

Central Valley Senior Living in Fresno, CA seeks a Sales Director to lead sales and business development for a senior living community. You will drive occupancy by building a strong pipeline, developing referral partnerships, and guiding prospects from inquiry to move-in.

The ideal candidate is a confident relationship-builder with a results orientation, managing the full sales process, coordinating with leadership, and overseeing outreach, events, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve occupancy goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community’s sales strategy and occupancy goals using pipeline activity and market insights.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to move-in ensuring a positive experience.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and local partners.
• Develop local outreach and marketing strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain CRM and sales reporting; communicate trends to leadership.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to strengthen market position.
• Coordinate sales, census reporting, move-ins, and resident engagement with leadership teams.
• Manage sales and marketing expenses; support overall community operations.
