You’ll conduct tours, follow up with leads, overcome objections, and coordinate admissions with community leadership to ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, marketing, business development, or a highly relationship-driven role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfort working toward measurable sales and occupancy goals.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages of the sales process.
• Valid driver’s license.
