Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor when working with seniors and families.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales process by communicating with customers, prospects, and potential residents.
• Provide potential families with high levels of customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly 5-Star review goals.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
