Qualifications

• 5 years of proven track record in senior living sales.

• Experience in pre-opening or blue sky CCRC sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high-touch consultative sales process from inquiry to move-in preparation.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects across an extended sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales activity tracking.
