Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Community Liaison) in Greensburg, PA, to serve as the first contact for prospective residents and their families. You will conduct campus tours, manage lead data, and coordinate with the CFO on residency qualifications.

The role emphasizes building relationships with community professionals, planning events, and guiding potential residents through the move process to independent living and personal care.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of experience in outside sales and proven experience in completing a sale; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read/interpret business materials; write reports, letters, and procedures; deliver speeches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for callers and visitors.
• Conduct tours for visitors.
• Telephones potential residents from the lead base.
• Enter financial data into the system and assist CFO with qualification.
• Plan and host campus events to generate interest and sales.
• Prepare reports of contacts, lead generation, expenses.
• Coordinate paperwork for moves to independent living and personal care.
• Network with professionals who contact prospective residents.
• Travel to local businesses to call on contacts.
• Coordinate hospitality luncheons and educate about services.
• Coordinate with Campus/Executive Director on community education.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Determine appropriate level of care with Director.
