Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare in Greensburg is seeking an Activity Aide (Lifestyle Coordinator) for a full-time daytime schedule, Monday through Friday with one evening per week and occasional Saturday. You will plan and run daily activities, assist residents with ADLs during outings, and help create a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare daily activities, holidays and events, and post weekly schedules.
Invite and escort residents to activities and assist with outings.
Conduct scheduled activities and one-to-one engagements to promote a home-like atmosphere.
Chart resident information related to activities using approved methods.
Coordinate with staff from other departments and arrange with outside vendors for programs.
Provide ADL assistance during activities and outings, including dining and mobility support.
Respond to call bells and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
