Job summary

The Vista Continuing Care Retirement Community in Wyckoff, NJ, is seeking a Senior Sales Counselor to grow occupancy by guiding qualified seniors through residency options and contract types. You will develop relationships with prospective residents, families, and professional referral partners, while working closely with leadership to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in senior living sales or 3–5 years of transferable sales experience.
• Knowledge of Life Care contracts preferred.
• Ability to communicate information about services clearly.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Vista positively to prospective residents.
• Respond to leads from walk-ins, calls, and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and conduct one-on-one meetings.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and depositors.
• Manage touchpoints with families and depositors in CRM systems.
• Assist with move-in processes and waitlist maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales, dining and marketing on events.
