Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to support the community's sales function and convert inquiries into move-ins. You will assist with tours, manage CRM data, and help drive occupancy targets while coordinating with the Director of Sales.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, accuracy, and timely reporting in a fast-paced senior living environment. Training and incentives accompany a competitive hourly base.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year of experience in an administrative sales or customer service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience using a CRM system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls and collect prospect information.
• Greet tours and coordinate introductions with the Director of Sales.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales reports.
• Assist with move-in processes and documentation for prospective residents.
