StoneBridge Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Missouri community. You will coordinate nursing care for residents, administer medications, and document treatments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a current state license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty certs preferred.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in long-term care.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate nursing care for residents and assign appropriate nurse aides.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Provide safe, accurate medication-related interventions and wound care as needed.
• Notify physician of status changes and implement new orders promptly.
• Assist with resident assessments and maintain accurate resident records.
