Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a full-time RN Designee at Suffield by the River in Suffield, CT. The role includes supervising resident care staff, evaluating resident needs, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Experience: At least two years in a geriatric setting and health experience in hospital and/or community setting.
• Certificates/Licenses: Current RN.
• Must be able to type and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of resident needs and development of service plans per state requirements.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Evaluate resident issues and discuss with ED, family and MD as appropriate.
• Ensure staffing and backup coverage is maintained at all times.
• Oversee incident/accident reports and communicate with Safety Committee to minimize issues.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed and participate in supervision of staff.
