LCB Senior Living is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN Designee) for The Residence at Glastonbury. The role reports to Resident Care Director and oversees nursing staff, with a focus on high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include evaluating resident needs, supervising care staff, and ensuring medication administration and incident reporting are handled per state requirements.

Formación

• Must have RN license and graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum 2 years of geriatric healthcare experience.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely as required.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in evaluating resident needs and develop/update service plans per state rules.
• Direct and supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Oversee medication administration and clinical oversight as RN Designee.
• Ensure staffing coverage and complete incident/accident reports; maintain compliance.
